Does Haste Boost work with Bows?

I thought that this was what the whole big Bow pass and bow change of animations was supposed to allow, but i am getting feedback from people saying Haste Boost still does nothing to Bow attack speed.

So should I forget about giving my Bow user haste boost?

Since your last post about this topic, nothing really fundamental has changed about haste boost and bows.

Yes haste boost works with bows. No, you can't go past the hard cap of ~1.5 shots per second.
