Default DDO working with M1 Max / Monterey ?

    Hello!

I played DDO many years ago with bootcamp and was hoping to jump back in again.

I have a new M1 Max mac running Monterey.

After lots of research, it seems like Crossover is the only way to play on a Mac.

I installed Crossover and got DDO to install. I can even log in and choose which world to join. But then the game never starts. So close!

Has anyone actually got it to work on the new M1 Max mac?

    Thank you!

    Chip: Apple M1 Pro
Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency)
    Memory: 16 GB

Using crossover and it runs like a champ. I did nothing, it just worked. Not a Max chip

I suppose you read the other post, Crossover works on M1 Max but you can't play even with the minimum graphic setting, but it's ok to login and roll the daily dice ; )
It seems that for me, after 12 years of playing, it's time to move on : (
