Lightbulb Command to export character/account-wide item information

So after playing ddo for over a decade, while trying to keep the item hoarding to a minimum, there have been a lot of items I chose to hang on to. Storing them on mule characters and such. At one point I decided to take inventory of what they had and put it all into a document so I could search and know what character it was on and such. This worked for about 3 reincarnations before it was all jumbled up again.

Before any of this change, I wish there was just better solutions to searching/organizing/retrieving/storing items across your entire account and various storage types on a server as well as measures to prevent reincarnations jumbling up your character's item organization.
However, until that happens, I am recommending a simple fix/work around: to be able to export the item data of a character/account as a common data format such as csv/json/xml. Including item information so that you can search by effects and such within your exported document, though the item name and character name attributes would suffice as a barebones implementation.

Information on a given item should include:
    character name holding the item
what inventory/bank slot the item is in
    item name
    item minimum level
item effects (or just raw item information in whatever format ddo uses)
item contents for bags and such (again, probably just use same format ddo uses)

Having a command that is entered through the chat like the UI importing/exporting would be sufficient.

    Default Good temp fix

Doing this in UI is obviously ideal, but this is a solid interim solution/fix.
