Depths of Darkness - Shadowdancer Mantle plus Ghostly not adding up

The Epic Destiny Enhancement "Depths of Darkness" states a bonus of +25% to Incorporeality and Concealment. I notice on the character sheet under Avoidance defenses, while wearing a ghostly item (10% incorporeality) and blurry item (20% concealment), I only see the concealment effect adding +25%. Avoidance def shows 25% incorp (rather than 35% expected) and 45% concealment. I can see the concealment move up to 75% with displacement active, so that one always tracks correctly.

I've been enjoying the thief acrobat with Shadowdancer destiny, so I'd love to get my extra 10% or later 15% (enhanced ghostly) benefit if this is not working correctly.

Strangely the dodge under Avoidance defenses says 33% while my dodge chance (and dodge chance max) under armor class stats says 29%. I wonder which one of those is reality.

The + sign is a typo. It does nothing for concealment if you already have displacement, and it just raises your incorporability up from 10 or 15 to 25.
