Can't login after today's patch

EDIT: NVM, it finally started working again spontaneously.

This morning I was playing and the servers went down at 9am EST as expected. But now I can't even get to the login screen. I start the game, get the first splash screen, then it says "Installing prereqs". Then "Connecting to patch..." and it shows at 33%, then it stops and says "Failed" and starts a 60 second countdown to retry, and this repeats over and over. Below that it says "An update error occurred".

I uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch, same thing as above.

I'm on Windows 10.

Not sure where to go from here.
