New cannith crafting recipes

I'm glad to see Cannith Crafting get some new recipes and would like to see more. The new dual effect shards are currently terribly overpriced. The level 400 requirement is fine for unbound but there is no bound counterpart. Every other unbound shard has a bound version which is much less expensive and 150 lower level requirement. Please make bound versions available. ty.
