Probably, because they are trying to get you to legendary level and not complete legendary levelling.

But really, its more likely because they haven't put in the toggles for Legendary XP bonus yet.

Yeah, and there's no reset for legendary yet either, so it's probably not a huge deal to not have an experience boost because it's just probably not necessary at the moment.

Good question about the sales - last week the announcement was late because of the domain problems - maybe this week it is late because of the expansion problems.

After 12 years of watching the Dev Tracker for important information I would really appreciate the forums being used upfront for information. Not everyone watches "social media".
