Anecdotal Dread crafting drop rate

From running 11 quests (+ all optionals we could find) and 1 wilderness rare, these are the crafting mats gathered:


That does not include the saga reward, which offers 25 of each bone. It's unclear if 25 teeth are always an option, as I've received conflicting accounts.

Obviously this doesn't include black pearls as they are not dropping in the game yet. Whisper of Return was not run since the chests are not dropping crafting mats yet.

Each complete item (Scale + Fang + Claw + Horn) requires 150 of each bone, 100 teeth and 50 black pearls.

Anyone figured out the drop rates for normal vs hard vs elite/r+ for mats? Or does difficulty not effect the amount of crafting mats that can drop?

I find that farming rares is the most efficient way to get mats.

That said, the drop rates are very unequal. I had about 500 of every mat except triceratops horns in the time it took me to get enough horns for 1 item.

I think you get the same amount of bones on lower difficulties. And yep, rare runs seem to be the most efficient. And wild thing (quick and 3 chests). Otherwise, just keep doing the saga.

Running rares is good

Wild Thing, hit the kopru and the weird, recall repeat for two quick chests till they ransack

Kopru temple is good on elite if you can brute force through with all the curses...six chests in ~10 min
