Dread saga needs upward progression

It's lame that there's no upward progression with the Dread saga:

* Players have had +3 skill tomes as a reward since MOTU sagas. It's about time for +4 skill tomes, or at the very least +4 skill upgrade tomes.
* Dread saga XP reward is same as Feywild, even though Dread quests are higher base level

Pretty sure saga XP rewards are based on the number of quests in the chain, not necessarily the base level of the quests.

I agree, though with a fairly small increase in level, the upgrade tome part sounds most reasonable to me.

Xp should definitely be somewhat higher.
