Hello. I've got a question. Since VISA and Mastercard do not work from Russia, is this possible to use Kazakhstan bank cards? My region is bordered with Kazakhstan, so both Russian Kazakh bank cars are used here. So I want to check if Kazakhstan banks aren't under sanctions.
Some Kazakh players reported they couldn't purchase smth in EU and US despite Kazakhstan isn't sanctioned.

It's the closest way for me to pay. So hope to read the answer YES.
