Always stuck at Loading Please Wait

I keep getting Loading please wait like so many times.
Had to restart the game for 5 minutes to retry again and again, just to hit it again.
Just cant play this game consistently....

Every time i went to this quest, the loading just stuck.

And i want to log the game again ends up having the same error again

Happened again after i can enter the game. Spawned at town, Retrying the quest ends up the same Loading Please wait error. with these logs.

Retrying to enter the game again, now i cant even enter the game again.


Update: This is happening frequently. Ive been encountering this each time i play. which is sucks..
