DDO game client login and access to the DDO.com web site has been impacted by a Domain Name System issue today, and players can expect to regain access to both log in and the web site in the coming hours as new DNS information propagates throughout the world's Internet Service Providers. Still seen renews not go through even with an autorenewal. People assign a Credit Card and forget about it. Card expires and you're in the same boat.

DNS messes have happened to far larger and tech savvy companies than SSG (MS and Google spring immediately to mind)

Are the servers still having issues, because my patch isn't working and already tried fixing game. Next step is to uninstall and reinstall, but I'd rather not if it's on SSG's end.

I can login with no issue.

You still might have to wait for a few hours for proper DNS propagation.

Any idea how to fix this?

I can't logon. My router is set to automatic (DHCP). And I can't override. When can I expect to be able to logon to the game? And when can I expect a refund?

It's 19:42 CST and I'm just now trying to log in for the first time today. My Launcher is throwing this error at me: "Download or Install Error(s)", "Failed to parse download list file, line [7], [Expected ''' or '"', but got '[a-zA-Z]'.]"

Edit: I posted this before seeing the suggested ipconfig /flushdns.

This fixed it for me.

FYI Account creation page still shows as down and under maintenance folks. I've tried flushing DNS cache and VPN tunnelling in from various other countries as well. Same negative result.
