Spirit Blades is missing blades.

I love the idea of the spirit blades feat. But when I use it, I only see 3-4 blades launch instead of the 5. Is anyone else having this issue?

Specifically, it seems like the 2nd blade wont fire at all and the 5th blade may or may not fire.

Do you have Quicken turned on? I've had that issue before with Quicken toggled on. It's a shame because the casting time is so long.

I tried it with quicken on and off. It still is missing swords.

I know for meteor swarm quicken will short you 1 meteor.
