Made a new toon shifter...there was no Wildhuntshifter on feats selection
checked the box to display the unavaliable feats there it was....selected...when i came back to game the was no active button to use rage( were but i couldnt drag it to action bar...only to dismiss it
NVM i restarted my client and was fixed
