Thanks to the OP for posting all of these!
My nitpick: Convalescent Ruby ~ from its name it sounds like it should provide some benefit to healing, like Healing Amp or a temporary bonus to hp once hp has dropped below 75%. Given wider latitude, perhaps a boost to healing spell power.
Convalescent's definition according to Merriam Webster:
1 : recovering from sickness or debility : partially restored to health or strength convalescent patients
2 : of, for, or relating to convalescence or convalescents convalescent stages a convalescent ward
Yet, the augment has nothing to do with recovering from sickness, disability or partially restoring health.
Please change the name of the ruby to something that is actually descriptive of what it is or does.

The Topaz of <insert name> Power says that they are an enhancement bonus but are being applied as a equipment bonus. Not sure if this was already reported or not.

Its not just a nitpick though, its logical naming consistency within the loot of this game. If a new or returning player picked this item up or were looking for it on wiki they might be confused by the item using the term Convalescent because on wiki and in game that pertains to items with Healing Amp. There is NO WAY from the name of the item I would expect Potency.

Convalescent - from the name, would I be correct to assume that's only Positive and Repair spellpowers? Or is it indeed "all"? (And if the latter, why "convalescent"?)

Undying - +65 to unconscious range. <gears start turning> There are times when just "being alive" is enough. Hmmm...

An ML8 crafted ring with Persuasion, dual slot Green+Colorless for CHA and Brightbane Emerald would yield +10 to UMD for non-CHA builds....at L8
+unc range is hugely useful for certain builds. My Paladin has been saved lots of times by going unconscious while in her auto-Consecrate area, which continues to tick while unconscious and heal you back to life, after all the mobs have dropped aggro. Even just having Diehard means unconscious is basically just a CC function for non-deathblow mobs - they drop aggro and wander off, give you a moment to regroup and reapproach the fight. That +225 on the Epic version is going to be a big boost to margin of error in most non-insane content
I'm guessing the description is wrong as every spell power available on items is marked as an equipment bonus nowadays.
Unless specifically mentioning insightful, quality or exceptional.

Nice augments, the level 8 augments seem to be spot on.
The level 30s feel out of place for a couple of reasons:
1) They should be level 28 or 32 to be in line with the 4 level increase
2) The numbers feel low for such a high level item.

Brightbane Emerald (both versions) reek of powercreep.
Reported in the other thread, but as always there's nothing but silence:
Brightbane Emerald's "Command + 5" is way above the established curve for ML8. ML9 and ML10 items created in U50 only have "Command + 4".
Legendary Brightbane Emerald's "Command + 10" is way above the established curve for ML30. Other ML30 items created in U50 only have "Command + 7".
And yet its behind random gen loot.
Won't say it's way behind, max right now I have seen in the wild is 12.
Also, you might want to take a look at its alternative affix Alluring Skills / Celebrated.
Alluring skills don't come with the downside of -6 to hide.
What would interest me, if I put that augment on an armor, will it all of a sudden become more shiney?
Because if it doesn't, that's the real bug to fix here!
I'm sorry, but I disagree.
First of all, "Insightful Alluring Skills" (the direct competitor) doesn't include UMD. I just noticed that Brightbane Emerald's "Command" values line up with the current "Insightful Alluring Skills" values instead of the "Command" values we have in the game right now, and I don't think that's a good idea, due to said UMD factor. The -6 to Hide is not even worth discussing if we want to be truthful with ourselves.
Secondly, in regards to random loot, the prefix in question is indeed "Celebrated" (I am not aware of "Command" existing on random loot outside of "Celebrated"). However, from what I've seen drop and from what I can tell by looking at the AH right now, the values on "Celebrated" are in line with those on named items. So I urge you to check again, because I'm afraid you confused the "Command +X" value with the item's "Charisma +X" value, hence the +12 you remember.
All in all, Birghtbane Emerald's current values are factual powercreep. Lynnabel please either tone down its values to match the current "Command" values, or bring all "Command" items' values (named/random loot) up to the new par (this would effectively nerf "Insightful Alluring Skills" though).
