Well, only the first pic is accurate as well if we are to take the Eye and Hand of Vecna as items that exist as artifacts.

In the second picture the hand and eye are ghostly not physical. Third picture he’s missing his eye, but apparently had the same Dr. that treated the Skywalker family. Either way he looks pretty sweet in game- nj! And thanks for posting!

I expected much better considering how well the art of the game does for what they have to work with. I suppose the problem is they chose the least interesting looking version of Vecna I've ever seen. For that version though, they did do a pretty **** good job.

I think the first picture was chosen for use, for the simple reason that is leaves no ambiguity with regards to what it potentially implies "visually"; it's much more immediate that you see there's a hand missing and an eye is not glowing as well, signifying they're "Not there".

Whilst the second pic and third had "ghostly" visages of the hand and eye, the problem is, in DDO, inside a game, the only way to represent this would be to turn them into a different colour and transparecy, but they would visually still "be there" on them. This can cause visual confusion, where players with some knowledge, would immediately recognise that they may be face to face with one of the greatest villians of DnD, to becoming instead... "Who's this?", is it bugged? Why is only one eye glowing?. Much like (spoilers) in Mandalorian Seasons 2 Episode 8, each moment near the end, revealed one or two more things about "who" the stanger was, only things that were unique unto a particular entity.

So here, I believe the first pic was the best choice "visually". It's an undead, with Lich like traits, and one glowing eye and a missin - IS THAT VECNA??!!!? ( )
