Need help gearing up my cold savant sorc

Per the title, am in need of help with picking gear for my cold based sorcerer.

Ofcourse, I would like to get my cold spells crit as often as possible, as hard as possible.

I have a Bottled Rainstorm and would like to get to 3 piece of autumn at least just because of that item.
I also have a Golden Orb of Death (level 26) as that seems to be the only source of insightful cold spell crit chance.

Any suggestions are welcome as long as it is realistic, so a reflection of wave is out of the door.

Yeah, those have insightful universal crit chance as well.
But not in my collection at the moment, so hard to have a conversation with those without detect magic item and telekinesis.

Am thinking about a LGS stick for debuffing mobs and some LGS item for ice crit damage.
Tho no online crafting planner up for that one at the moment.

I might wait for the new crafting stuff to be out to make some final conclusions.

Here is what I did for my first life Hardcore Transfer Human Bard, using easy to acquire stuff that I already had. He has evasion from Shadowdancer, and Insighful Reflexes, so the INT on the Strap of Autumn Leaves is not wasted. 7x Autumn, 4x Winter.

Winter/Autumn:
Strap of Autumn Leaves

Winter:
Head: Legendary Crown of Snow
Neck: Legendary Winter Court Necklace
Orb: The Heart of the Prince

Autumn:
Cloak: Legendary Cloak of Autumn
Ring1: Legendary Duskbone Ring
Gloves: Gloryborn Gloves
Boots: Legendary Windriders
Wrist: Legendary Green Dragonscale Bracers
Armor: Legendary Leaf Mail

Ring2: Dealer's Choice, I am using Legendary Ring of Summer's Heat, just to boost the Exalted Mantle fire procs
Goggles: Epic Raven's Eye, Slotted +17 search, +17 spot, kinda meh, but not like elders set would add to 7x autumn anyway, and I need to craft on a trinket to add CHA, so may as well gain a set bonus.
Trinket: Epic Gem of Many Facets crafted level 29: +13 CHA, +142 Fortification, +6 Insightful CHA. The Epic version requires no raid threads.

Scepter: Legendary Malleable Scepter of Resonation, slotted level 28 Magnetism Augment

It could certainly be improved upon, but works well enough for now.

I have one ring kinda free, Spell Focus Master 5 ticks it up by 1.

So, the necklace is going to be swapped to a Legendary Shaman's Beads and the free ring slot is going to be Legendary Shaman's Band.
That gives me the eye slots free to put a triple water LGS there.
