So, it has been a while since I submitted a ticket and I have not heard anything, while I was in game tonight I decided to look it up and see if anything has come about on the ticket.

So, you know how it goes, I go to help, and it tells me to log in.
I try to log in and I get a message telling me my password is too old.

It worked the last time I had to go through anything like this.
So, just going to bypass the stuff, and try to reset my password.

So, tried several times and have yet to receive an email letting me reset my password.

So, tell me please SSG, how do I fix this, how do I resolve this?

How do I log in to see my tickets if your prescribed methods of me contacting you does not work?

Please help.
