    Default Locate Objects

Let's make Locate Objects (Least Dragonmark of Finding) a bit less useless. Convert it to a buff spell (friend, self) that does some of the following:
    * increased chance to find stuff in breakables (if you have the tech to do that)
    * higher quality of stuff in breakables (if you have the tech to do that)
    * Treasure Hunter's Elixir effect (stacking or not stacking with the elixir)
    * Elixir of Hidden Potential effect (stacking or not stacking with the elixir)
    * Elixir of Discovery effect (stacking or not stacking with the elixir) (I guess this last effect would be better suited for the Greater DM of Finding...)

Or make it a Quickened Faerie Fire SLA on a 1 second cooldown.

Dunno. Adding a couple levels to Random Loot in a Chest or putting more junk in Barrels will generate more Platinum, but I already have plenty of that. I kinda feel like less random loot should drop pretty much everywhere, and that Platinum sale values on everything should get slashed in half.

I would do something completely different with Locate Object. When cast, all Crests, Levers, and Quest items required for progress through a dungeon immediately appear as red dots on the map. Even better, highlight the next item I need. In other words, the spell would function exactly like the 'Catch the Thief' objective in Danger at Dunwater (if you speak to the two Troglodyte trackers).

    Examples:
When cast in What Sleeps Below, all Levers needed to open the next door appear as red dots on the map.
When cast in Under Cover of Darkness, the spell shows the location of all Crests.
When cast in An Invitation to Dinner, the spell shows the location of the next quest objective (the room you need to visit).

As someone with a poor memory, such a spell would save a lot of time.

I've smashed crates and barrels and got +1 tomes ability & skill, and guild ship xp and storage vault upgrades. So, I think using the locate object/dragonmark of finding to increase the chance to uncover these types of items would be a great idea.
