    Default Q-staff Bard possible?

For at least the last 7-8 years, I've wanted to combine thief acrobat and warchanter from the rogue/bard classes, respectively. I never saw how it would be possible before, but now with cha to hit and dmg, along with Tabaxi, I thought maybe it could be my time. I can't quite figure out how to maximize it though.

I'd like to keep it around 12 bard for the temp hp, but I'm open to suggestions. I also would need to keep 1 FvS or Cleric for the CHA dmg/tactics buff. I dont need tier 5 in warchanter, seeing as THF and the single target freeze is pretty bad ass, but tier 4 in TA would give the trip as well. I'd be playing this in epics as well. So I'm thinking maybe Fury of the wild?

I'm not sure how to put the details together, but if anyone has any suggestions to make the freeze and trip DC's functional, that'd be awesome. Thanks for the help!

I posted this SDK rogue 5 / bard 15 staff build after Horizon Walker made DEX-based melees better. Converting it to, say, CHA-based rogue 5 / bard 14 / cleric 1 is doable, although I think you'd better drop Sweeping Strikes, since its DC is based on both DEX and rogue levels and you won't have a lot of both.

I also posted this DB Warchanter which uses regular 2H weapons (preferably falchions).

12 / 5 / 1 split you suggested looks like a solid chassis. The last two levels are open

13 bard gives level 5 spells (those are pretty useless in general)
14 bard gives +1 Inspire Courage, and iirc +1 freeze dc from bard levels

6 rogue gives third TA core
    7 rogue gives +1d6 sneak

3 FvS gives Child of Faith feat, +2 attack and damage

Tabaxi on the other hand does not look like a natural fit. Some charisma race or Human (feat, skill, strikethrough) seem like a better match.

Maybe I was thinking of trailblazer? can't recall for sure, but it had strikethough and cha in the cores.

Great Weapon Aptitude (+20 Strikethrough) is available to Bladeforged, Warforged, Half-Orcs, Humans, and Purple Dragon Knights; only humans and PDK get +1 CHA from racial Enhancement. Dragonborn get +2 base STR/CHA and up to +2 CHA or STR from enhancements but no Strikethrough bonuses.

And now, Tabaxi Trailblazer joins the group. It gives dex to hit and damage though, not charisma.
