I can't change my help account email on the SSG help site https://help.standingstonegames.com. I may be just missing something obvious? Is there a way to do this? I've actually submitted a couple of support tickets about this problem and keep getting told to (1) click on my profile icon in the top right (there is no icon, but I assume they mean where it shows my name in the top right) and then (2) click on "View profile" in the submenu from profile, but there is no "View profile" menu entry. So, still stuck, no way to change this, despite the fact that I've even submitted tickets specifically giving them the new email that I want it changed to.
