It appears behind a gate that I can't open in the puzzle room ... what's the trick. Once again these Isle of Dread quests have me stuck! I'm a dummy please keep that in mind when creating quests!

Doing all the puzzles + killing zombies/water ellies. Opens the water, swim down pull a lever at the end. If you have search there is a secret door to an optional fight that afterwards will ddoor you back to the crest. Otherwise just swim back after getting the lever.

Some levers/interactables require Line-of-Sight and/or a close proximity to register visually, some don't (some can even be seen thru walls, floors, etc. etc.)
