So this last weekend I was playing and things started to stutter then freeze fairly bad for longer then 10 minutes and all that. Quest would finish and enemies would be dead already and I wouldn't be able to load that until a good time after the fact especially raid groups when everyone's been gone for a good few minutes and I still see there name on my screen and I'm able to look around but not move or if I don't touch anything it'll freeze and I'll have to reboot my PC.

My PC is also fairly new and my connection isn't bad wifi wise my bars look okay at least looking now not sure when I'm on DDO game wise.
