Character reincarnation issue

My character can't be reincarnated.

This is because the name of the character is not allowed.

It ’s a character that I ’ve been using for years and A character who has been reincarnated many times.

I have issued a ticket, but there is no reaction even after a month.

Even though I have a pre-purchase on the Isle of Dread, can I really play?
By then, will the character's reincarnation be completed?

Will this important issue be fixed?

The devs have acknowledged that the "list of bad words" is known to be bugged, and has been undergoing maintenance to correct the issue, so it's quite plausible that a name that had been kosher is now unclean.

If Steelstar is not responding, I'd suggest you try someone else (even tho' he specifically said to contact him...)

... we do want to be sure there aren't other parts of our recent changes that still need adjusting. Would you mind either posting your character's first AND last name here or sending it my way in a message? That way we can investigate. Thank you!

I'd also try a polite pleading message, just to /bump your previous contacts. If he's not responding, I'd say he's too busy trying to resolve the problem, but that doesn't make it any less frustrating.

(I'd also suggest you stick to the pre-existing thread; multiple threads often get ignored or lost track of.)

It took some time but my ticket meanwhile got resolved. By the way, thanks @Theodine for the effort and big help.

Now incarnating works again.
