Surely yes. It's simple scientific and medicine fact, but, of course, feel free spread ignorance, because the size and habits of your personal cerebral slugs do not affect the true state of affairs in any way. 8)

It's super weird that people like you care massively about science for this one specific thing but don't really have a grasp of the science beyond "XX" and "XY" which is a simplified explanation of biological sex so that children in the 90s knew vaguely how it worked.

It's almost like you guys don't actually care much about the science and you just found something that supports your point. So long as you never, ever deviate from the thing that supports your point you're correct in your eyes, even if actually investigating the science has proven it to be at best innacurate and at worst false.


Just wondering if you think "The Bellcurve" is unassailable hard science too?

man this troll thread is a headache to read, and so are the people taking this seriously. Shame on anyone trying to make this political as well.

few facts:
a) biological sex is a thing. But 1 out of 4500 person will present an anomaly.
b) gender fluidity is a thing, but saying it is a social construct is wrong.
c) this is a role-playing game, simply play the body type u want with the identity you want.
d) wedging or forcing this issue in an online game where people want to escape reality to begin with is {insert insult here}

this issue is complex and does warrant societal discussion, but anyone claiming to have the truth, that science is on their side, and that the opposing viewpoint is plain wrong or evil has not looked into it with an open mind.

here is a video of a clinical psychologist talking about gender identity in general, it's link to the creative aspect of personalities, and various ramification of it at the societal level. He is not the end all expert, but his approach is as neutral en empirical as it gets.
