Laughter enhancement bug (?)

Just made a shifter barb and chose ravger tree...
seems that "Laughter" enhancement isnt working supposed to give 3 stacks of "Fury" when I hit with "Slaughter" or 6 at vorpal strikes, but cant notice a thing when Slaughter connects/

Is it just me ? or you, Barb colleagues, can't see that too?

In my experience Laughter (and Festering Wound and Dismember) only work when attacking constructs.

You can see this in Haywire Foundry. They trigger on attacks against the warforged, defenders, and iron golems, but not against the elementals or oozes.

Can confirm, Ravager is still borked -- reported this on the forums back in U49.
