    Default Typical Response Time for Support?

    I can't find any resources on the support page about this, how can I tell if my ticket is being worked, I've had a ticket open for a billing issue for over 3 days with zero activity from the support team.
    Is this normal?

    Sadly yes, it is normal. Sometimes you are in luck and you get help fast, sometimes you need to wait for month even without any notice.
