Client Stuck on Installing Pre-Requisites

Both the Client on both my desktop and Laptop are doing this. Is the game down? I can't see anything on the forums.

I've tried this. I've even uninstalled and re-installed the game and Still have the same issue. I have no idea why it has suddenly started to do this. What is most confusing is why both my PC's have the same problem at the same time.

Have you tried different services like using a hot spot on a phone perhaps. Just to test of course. Also are any other services having issues that you use or games you play online?

This morning everything is working again...or at least the client is now updating for my fresh install. Go figure?

Probably a random DNS/internet router issue somewhere between you and the update server.

I had this as an issue for some 3 months ... as soon as I convinced my wife to humor me and try the game, the day that we sat down to play together. My PC? Could get on fine, hers could not. Eventually we got it running on an older PC, in a makeshift fashion. 3 months later we tried her PC again, and it worked fine.

Troubleshooting eventually showed it to be an intermediate issue along the traced route, it just failed somewhere along the way.

Extremely annoying, but unlikely to be resolvable by either the end user or SSG.

i had simular issues b4 that are wierd... it occured after i did the 100 favor per server and got my game all messed
