Reference for crafting:
Basically, your bow for throwing Fan of Knives will be crit multiplierx3, affirmation, your repeater could be affirmation as well. Dagger will be Dust. Arti will have most bypasses from spells so whatever else you want on it really.

Trying to move WWA, ranged power, and evasion into lower level than 8 just for heroic levels for heroic past lives. Need to swap into twf, to use ranger free feats more efficiently.

Hahahah weaved 17 feats into 16 levels, all working in synergy, while simultaneously also having the right enhancements available all levels. Dat's boss mode efficiency.

Hmm, I'm thinking of either using Call Lightning Storm on Darksteel Helms or Bee Shot Machination of Madness to try proc Arcane Warrior to bring build to 500 RP.
I think call lightning storm is only programmed as a single target death aura though, so it won't do AW stacks, or most on-spell hit effects, although it will do Dust + Ooze.
Machination I only found through google search. Needs testing.
Also needs another update adding dino crafting enhancement/insight/quality spell crit damage multipliers, but first have to figure out if it even allows force. If I can craft 20/10/5 with a 3 piece set 15, would give 50 gear CM, would be about right.
Fixed feat and level order for SWF exclusivity.

Added another 50 RP and some spell power to FoK because we can drop headshot from DWS and pick up AA imbue on a bow, and swapping to a bow before FoK via Rapid Shot feat adds more ranged power.

In case some of you were wondering what a high powered Fan of Knives hits for, it looks kindof like this:
Except this build has a 20 second cooldown on its longest ability (offhand versatility), and so it will reproduce this damage repeatedly every group.
I think I'm going to stop here. I'm not going to build full gear lists. I just wanted to set up a framework of how to level and play a high-power melee and illustrate where power comes from and the rotation, not every last detail. The core of the build is 5 ranger levels for DWS and VKF tree, or even just 3 ranger for aimed shot and you can get extra archer's focus stacks in horizon walker. There are definitely interesting things artificer levels provide, but they aren't necessary, and rogue or monk providing evasion earlier is also nice but not necessary because shadow dancer has it. The extra feats and DWS vs. HW from two ranger levels are also interesting, but not necessary.
This particular setup is just one of many. If you wanted more tactics or %hp, you could swap in more harper and fighter or pali defensive stance instead of VKF capstone. Only needing 3 ranger levels makes this a flexible setup, and you can use it to make tanks, melee, ranged, or hybrids.

Oh, apparently IOD expansion artifacts have 4 slots, and bow as a caster stick doesn't need armor pen, so I can swap sentience around to give it more oomph.
Also swap shattered device in on dagger for more debuffing of PRR.

Oh right, I forgot to explain that the reason this build is designed to use heroic abilities is that epic abilities are bugged and don't work with crossbows or thrown. See here. So SDK chains as level 15 abilities are as close as you can get on a repeater build to an epic level 20 functioning attack. That and um, flow, things have to flow. You could swap Shiradi for LD and drop some from VKF for harper KTA and get dire charge I guess.
Oh, and the temp hp IOD proc doesn't work on ranged attacks, but Fan of Knives should proc it so you would still want it on the bow. So you don't want it on your repeater.

Here is youngling, a tad over 50 RP. I figured it was fitting to use an almost-naked first life, no tome character.
Basically, this build gives almost-naked first life characters the ability to AoE 1 shot groups of mobs while leveling. Also suggested starting stats is 14 str/14 dex/16 con, rest int for such a character.

Anything that is really over performing that gets discussed on the forums is at risk of getting nerfed.
The key factor is likely to be how many people can effectively use the tactic/exploit and therefore how much it actually shows up in the logs if they go to check on it.

Finally reached lvl 20. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but it was one of the hardest lvl ups I've done.
Some notes from my side:
build up ranged power via archer focus takes quite long, the mobs reach me and i have not maxed it out (15 or 25)
the weapon swap takes too long
the archer focus decays too fast in dagger mode
the offhand proc is too rare
the wwa without FoK does not do enough dmg, I needed 3 x wwa until mobs die in r1
FoK is sometimes unreliable due to poor programming I guess
to avoid decay i cant kite mobs -> all above r1 was impossible for me
All this led to the fact that I had to play an inquis towards end.
Sorry, I was a big fan of the "Lich with Axe" and the MM Shiradi but Po should have rather stayed in the kitchen
Maybe i choose the wrong enhancements, I will give a new try in the epics and give you an update, if you want
