Seems like it may be a video driver issue.

When is this happening? Is it on launch? While playing? When Alt+Tabbing to another window?
When did this start happening? If it was just after a patch/update you may try rolling back or reinstalling the video drivers as sometimes patches have issues with certain drivers.

You could try repairing the launcher. Down arrow in the top right, Options, Repair tab. You can also try repairing the game files from that tab.

Im currently trying to redownload game, forgot about repair, but i thought i had looked for it yesterday and it was not showing, but I was getting a bit frustrated (LOL). I'll keep you up to date in about a hour or so, depending on download speed.

Oh and also now i cant seem to even get the launcher to start

Are you having any other issues with your PC, or is it just DDO causing problems?

I've tried one of those steps, but I'm not clear on how to do the first one to solve the same issue. Anybody help me out? I'm losing my playing time, submitting a ticket is days old now with no response.

I appreciate your response homeboy, but I tried uninstall/reinstall before I saw your response and now I can't play because I get an update error before the login. PatchClientDLL::CheckDatFiles Failed. [Unable to decrypt and de-serialize the data downloaded from the server] That's the message I'm getting, and still no response to my submitted ticket.

Only thing I could find that might be applicable:

Please go to the main installation folder as detailed above and check if any files exist in the Bindat and Patches folders. If there are files, please do one of the following, depending on what type of file there is. (Note: If you find no files or those folders do not list, skip to step "5" below)
    1. First make sure the game/game launcher is not running at all.
    2. If you find a temporary file (.tmp), please delete this file. Then try to launch the game launcher again and see if the game continues past the error.
    3. If you find a complete file with any extension such as .dll, .exe, or .dat, please select it, then press "Ctrl" and "C" (copy), click the "Back" button in the upper-left corner of the folder window and then press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the file, and click yes to overwrite if prompted.
    4. Try to launch the launcher again and see if the game is able to continue past the error.
    5. If nothing is found in those folders, please go to the "Backup folder and copy the contents of that folder out to the main installation folder.
    6. This will revert the program files for the game to the previous versions. Now, restart the launcher and repatch the program files again and see if the game is now able to continue.
