Old Old stat tomes, fix level requirement possible?

I still have a bunch of the old stat tomes left from when I began my recovery from altoholism. Garnered, iirc, from one of the old anniversary events like trading cards or d20 or something. Maybe one of the early deep Store sales on them.

So anyway, these old +3 tomes are MIN LEVEL 11 to use! (+3 now applies now at character level 3)





Hoping one of the Powers will happen by and input whether these old dusty things can be fixed, or if I just need to crunch them into PEBs.

Why?
Yea, it can be consumed only at lvl 11, but after still provide effect at lvl 3, so still viable for any tr toon.

As for the "why", mostly because they should be in line with current tomes.

I haven't tried to use them, some are 10yrs old i guess. More.
