Iconic Idea

Since we did not get Sorcerer as most people thought with Tabaxi, and as a cheap development idea, why don't you just make Iconic Dragonborns. Make their class Sorcerer. Give them Metallic dragon skins instead of the Chromatic and change a few enhancements, bam you are done. Easy, low effort Iconic ready made.

BTW, it always bugged me that you went chromatic, i.e. evil dragons, instead of metallic.

Sorc has too much synergy with Dragonborn. Not appropriate for iconics.

Eberron dragons (and Dragonborn) do not have alignment tied to their scale colors, so while it would be nice to have metallic options as well. They made metallic skin tones (sort of) work for Aasimar, so it's not an obvious art issue.

At first, I was sad that the tabaxi iconic was monk. I was hoping monk would be the Kalashtar iconic.

On the other hand, Kalashtar warlock is now the iconic I most want. Not sure if their patron should be Great Old One or Celestial, since both make a kind of sense (as would Fiend... kinda).

Either way, I don't really care who the sorcerer iconic is as long as the Warlock is kalashtar.
