Its been like this forever. It shouldnt but it does. using Dire charge is what like a 20 or 30 second cool down? But if you use either of those jaunts, I forget what they both are in the racial tree , they have much longer cool downs and they put dire charge on a long cool down. If anything make all 3 of them same cool down timer.

Right but the issue is that the Dire Charge cooldown is 12 seconds - putting it on a 30 second cooldown for no reason stinks when cruising through a dungeon.
