Is the staff build Monk a viable option? I hear a lot of negative feedback on staff vs handwraps. Granted some of this feedback is outdated. Additionally are there any good staffs that work at epic levels?

I like the Staff of Shadow on my staff monk at cap, the inherent x3 crit multi is good.

Levelling, I use Elemental Bloom and Sireth.

I tried Trailblazer pure staff monk on Lama for a little bit, was not impressed vs. my current aasimar version. Will see how it turns out when I get around to grinding out those pretty pointless lives.
