Extra character slot not received

Bought the ultimate expansion, but did not get the extra character slot.

I presume the teleport device will be given when the game content is live in June?

Also, despite the fact that it was stated that all contents of the 2 boxes are bound to account, the commendations of valor are bound to character.

I also did not receive the extra character slot. I have not purchased all the character slots available and I did claim everything from the in game NPC. Logged off and came back more than an hour later logged in and still no additional character slot.

Thank you! I was sure it would be fixed soon.

But "Retroactively" - I'm not sure that word means what you think it means. It means to give it to us "with effect from some time in the past" - which is in this case impossible - you can't make it as if we got the slot yesterday because we didn't! I can't make use of this yesterday (retroactively) - only from the time when it is given to me some time in the future.

You meant "some time in the future" which is the opposite of "retroactively".

I also didn´t got the extra character slot with the ultimate edition: 36 slots before and after expansion bought.

I initially received the one time items (eg Boxes), but then the server crashed, and everything was removed from my account.
I can "reclaim" the other items, but the one time items are gone

I opened a ticket for a character problem - but have not heard ANYTHING.

Any suggestions

Cancel the Order via my Credit Card company?
Better Business Bureau?
Lawyers?
