    Default Purchase cannot be completed

    We’re sorry, your purchase cannot be completed. Possible reasons for this may be:

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.
    We are currently performing maintenance.

    I got the same when trying to pay direct with card, had this issue for some time, something to do with postal/zip code
    I just used paypal and it went through with no problem

    Everything crashed or was brought down, so it actually could have been one of those issues.

    In game I use PayPal, but the web storefront I use my card and it works, but not all cards will.

    I hit the buy button and it goes straight to that message, there is no opportunity to do anything with payment

    SSG website is very unstable for me right now. Give it some time. I think there are behind the scenes problems.

    Servers were only up very briefly and then went down. And these forums have been on and off a bit.

    Relax - try it again tomorrow. It isn't as if the purchase can do you any good right now.

    It still doenst work. This is not a problem related to the forums, its a problem with how they have configured their payment system, that they refuse to acknowledge or fix

    This exact same issue goes all the way back to when the Feywild bundles were on sale. Even the error message is the same.
    On a break. BRB maybe.

    Make sure the "Name on Card" field uses your same exact name used for SSG's account you created(or turbines).

    Had that message, so i just open up the game, go to DDO store then login on the web shop front(Via chrome browser) , buy and paid via paypal. work for me. the main thing is that the game was up.

    This is not the problem I have. When I hit "buy now" it goes straight to that message with no option to pay via anything
