I cant even purchase the the expansion in the market. No mater what browser or computer I use I get same error. How can I purchase the expansion? is there a work around?

I should know this - but I am asking anyway. Is it correct that
a) The Tome of Destiny from the Ultimate Bundle is one for each and every character forever on?
b) The Tome of Destiny from the store for sale in Dec 2022 at 3495 DDO points is only for a single character?

While I dont run many characters that alone is the most important issue in determining the value of the Ultimate bundle as the Ottos dont have that much value for me.

Is anyone else having an issue with buying the pre purchase? I've tried it on different browser and I've tried multiple credit cards and I get the same error. I can't even update my payment option with a new card. Didnt know if this is part of the bug they are having. Thanks in advance for the replies

Until they stop shoveling out broken expansions, we're not going to be buying anything. They still have issues from a DECADE ago they haven't fixed, updated, or even looked
at for some odd money-grinding reason.

Broken filigrees (still), L29 gear becoming L30 augs so you can't use them before the ER-Hamsterwheel, outdated Turn systems, broken stealth, ranged agro chains, taunting broken,
overtuned expansions (then a nerf-bonanza) due to lack of proper testing, the "entire" Shifter fiasco, lackluster design, canon class ability nerfs (like the Monk) instead of balancing
gear, the Perfected gear > Artifact joke, and a laundry-list of bugs. I'm sure they cared once, but right now, they're just throwing out carrots hoping the mules shell out money.

Cartoon kitty anyone? Warcraft is > way. But hey, they only messed that race up 600%.

I love how this game I daily play keeps me on the edge. So. Since I bought the ULTIMATE FAN BUNDLE without any trouble could I actually get it too?

When are we supposed to get the character slot? I thought we were getting it now with all the other stuff. Me and my guildie both purchased the ultimate bundle and received all of the items except the character slot. Tried logging in and out but still the same number of slots as before.

I got an email pop up today about the new expansion so checked out the pricing.

I stopped playing DDO several months ago and have no inclination to return any time soon - having a blast elsewhere.

I have to say that the basic version of this expansion priced at £30 is not something that would entice me to dip my toes back in DDOs pond anyway. Maybe something to ponder for the future SSG, I dunno...

I was at least prompted to pop on to say Best of Luck to those of you sticking with it, and I'm sorry I won't be joining you on your journey to 32 and beyond - Especially "Awrabest!" to you folks on Thelanis for the fun times we had killing like psychopaths and dying like idiots (well, mainly me, that bit!) - and thanks again for all the rezzies! You know who you are.

Never say never, who knows, but after all those years DDO just became a game I simply didn't want to play anymore, and still don't.

Not enough to support a level cap increase
Not enough to demand 4000 points

Not enough to pique my interest

But it's enough to determine that you do, indeed, lie when you tell me, to my face, that you design the game "for all users".

All those pictures look respectable. I would have done some things differently but who cares. The gigantic gate is very King Kong Island which is great. I really hope you went all in on that. The ferns and gymnosperms are a very nice touch. The feathered Dromaeosaurs look particularly nice. Kitty Cats look ugly in the character creator but decent in those shots. You did a much better job packing value into the bundles this time.

Prudence demands that I hold onto my money until I know more about the quests and crafting system. If the quests are good and the crafting system like Cannith Crafting or Slave Lords, I may actually get rid of my DDO induced migraine.

Yeah, we saw it coming when the Shifter hit. They've stopped trying. Every expansion's just getting worse, and and cap bump's just another coffin nail.

Fluff expansions and ignoring the decade-long list of bugs isn't doing this game any good. they need to skip the overtuned junk, and get back to Basics.
