Mysterious Remnants lost in Shared Bank

I lost over 5000 Mysterious Remnants in my Shared Bank. Thats the second time it happens to me. When my Bag is full, i put my 1000 Remnants in my Shared Bank. Today i wanted to buy an augment and i saw that i miss exactly 5000 Remnants. Last time it was exactly 5000 too. I didnt put up a ticket because i thought maybe i was wrong but this time im 1000% sure. Is there a way to get them back?

Edit: This started the first time after the "patch" for more shared bank space and so on.

Hi there,
you can try putting in a ticket. I did in the past ang never got anything back that was lost from the shared bank. Most of the time I never even got a response. So I don't bother anymore.
