Domains and spell power question

Those domains that allow a swap of which spell power is used (IE Fire Domain can use the highest of Light or Fire spell power), is it just the pure spell power or does Critical Chance/Multiplier also use the highest?

what you could do is take the epic spell power feat for fire and light.. https://ddowiki.com/page/Epic_Spell_Power

this will give you 15% on each .. and the 5% critical damage stacks.. then craft yourself a legendary greensteel item for fire criticals for an extra 60% you should be able to hit 80-90% with a single item and the 2 feats..

Heh, that 'stacking 5% to all' could be interesting when level cap goes high enough that it can be taken many times...
