1000 vs 3000hp sorcs

Hello fellow sorcerers!

I'm a semi recent returnee originally from Fernia that geared up a bit.

I'm a fire savant with a feywild set and the desert fire set. I have 3 sorc TRs and 3 epic TRs.
The performance seems fine, though questing is done at R4 comfortably max (lvl 19 reaper)
I've soloed at best R7 at level 32 quests, so I'm looking to improve my stats.

However, I see screen shots in here of sorcerers with nearly 120 charisma while I struggle to reach 80...
I have 1200 hp before buffs/reaper and see 3000 hp+

Those are massive number differences! The gear I see listed also does not account for such monsterous stats!

What am I missing?

(Also, if that makes a difference, I play with a small group of friends. Usually Duo, at most 4 players to quest/raid with. )

For the hit points, Reaper. With max reaper points (and high character level), you get an absurd boost in HP.

The rest is just power creep and new gear. Racial reincarnation is a small part (a few Cha), but there are so many diff types of +Cha now, and they all stack.

What's also seldom seen are the used filigrees, which is an entire other power system. Due to some bugs, it's easy to get 10+ points of any ability, as long as you have a minor artifact, a well-progressed jewel, and enough threads of fate.

Also, make sure to check the age of the screenshot, as DDO had an item crunch with update 50 (August 21), which lowered numbers overall (like +22 from minor artifact to one ability to +14).

I’d keep in mind that most of those screenshots are taken in reaper and with lots of buffs, also it makes a big difference if you’re a DC/tanky Sorc or DPS Sorc. DPS Sorcs tend to be a little more squishy because of all the stuff you’re trying to get from gear/feats/etc., and super maxing your charisma isn’t as vital.

My tanky DC Sorc is above 120 Charisma and 3500Hp fully buffed in reaper, and probably 2500hp unbuffed and outside reap. But I can’t really solo anything with that build since it has virtually no boss DPS to speak of, my max spell power is probably 600 and I have no Crit Multis or anything.

Some easy to overlook charisma boosts are:
Racial Comp +5 total
Reaper tree +5
Comp +2
Yugo +2
Lasting pot +2
Festive Aug +2
Profane Aug +2
Reaper helm +2 (now craftable so kinda mandatory for high end builds)
Bard buffs +2
Filigrees +12 in my current set up (I think)
Epic Destiny’s can give +4-5ish with a good set-up for DCs (7max but that’s not a good set up) and you need lots of Epic lives to get all the points now, DPS Sorc prob don’t want this set up though.
