Where do items like exp potions appear after purchase I've bought some and they haven't appeared sad thing is I had planned to spend 200 next payday but if item delivery don't work subscription is only thing I can buy

They're not in any toons inventory mailbox or bank.

If you have that potion in your inventory already, sometimes it will stack. If you have locked the item by hitting the little lock icon, they may not be visible until you toggle your inventory view by clicking and cycling until show all items.
