Paladin ETR Gear?

Planning on doing some Racial + Epic Reincarnations on Paladin builds

I have gear set ups for levels:

5 - 9 Feywild
10 - 14 Ravenloft
15 -20 Sharn
21 - ? Borderlands

Have some nice weapons and don't plan on taking level past 28 (i.e. stay there until cap). Not planning on raiding either.

Question is - will a full Borderlands Gear Set up be enough from 21 onwards? Or is there a gear set I could swap over to in the level 25-27 range?

I tend to run R1 or Elite mainly so no need for crazy level reaper gear.

I've had no issues using a lvl 21 item set to cap running R1+. Normally end up with a combination of Sharn (for set and support items) + Borderlands (for stats) + sometimes a revamped Epic item or two (2 piece set or support item).

Here's what I use until 30:

Weapon: Epic Sword of Shadow (Most races)
if Wood Elf: Epic Xuum
if Sylvanus* Paladin: Drow Maul of the Weapon Master (Yes, you can make these BtA)
if you love dwarves: Epic Templar's Justice + Epic Coronation Shield
if you hate yourself: Epic Cutting Currency + Epic Coronation Shield

Armor: Epic Saltiron Plate

Belt: Belt of Brutal Force**

Boots: Epic Crocodile Skin Boots
Swap: Epic Sparksoles (Kinda nice for Epic Spies in the House)

Bracers: Epic Bracers of the Claw

Cloak: Epic Sailcloth Cloak

Gloves: Silver Sigil Gloves

Goggles: Epic Amethyst Loupe

Helm: Epic Smuggler's Cap

Necklace: Epic Hyena Claw Necklace

Ring1: Ring of Brutal Force**

Ring2: Whispering Ring

Trinket: Epic Gem of Many Facets
- Set 1: Epic Vulkoor's Might
- Set 2: Epic Windlasher's Ferocity
- Prefix: Doublestrike
- Suffix: Armor-Piercing
- Extra: Insightful Charisma***

* NO, I mean as in you picked Sylvanus as your patron at Paladin levels 1 and 6. None of this "Buts I picks it up in the Crusader tree!"

If you are CHA based:
** Replace with the Crystalline Vanity versions
*** Replace with Insightful Seeker

You can make the Epic Saltmarsh stuff with an Iconic and free VIP potions.
You can reroll Epic GoMF infinitely at the Legacy Altar of Epic Rituals.

Fill in the following with augments:
- Melee Power
- Armored Agility
- Speed/Swiftness
- Natural Armor
- Resistance
- Deathblock
- Sunder
- Master's Gift
- Proof V Poison
- Blindness Immunity
- Dodge (Depending on PL's/Reaper points)

This is outdated a year or so.

Here is an old level 10 gear set I used to use for soundburst paladin leveling two years ago. You will want to adapt the goggles to illusion instead for color spray, once it works properly and actually has a save. Also swap gloves to insightful devotion from insightful strength, since we are making a charisma attack/dmg paladin.
