allow glamored wands to be used as mainhand\offhand cosmetics

actually, you can glamor a wand, but the resulting cosmetic is not working, you can slot it but it does not show, and it inherits the mainhand-only trait.


if it is not too tasking, it would unlock moar cosmetic options, with art that is already there, it would be cool. some wands are good looking.

(truth is, i found in AH an eternal titan wand, really cheap, grabbed it on the spot, and i burned a mirror of glamering on it. actually, it went as i expected, as described above, but i wanted to try anyway. i'm not even mad about the mirror i wasted. that would be such a cool cosmetic, was worth a try....funny detail, the cosmetic shows the 2\2 charges like the original wand, but can't be used, obviously, and after log out\relog it shows 0\2 charges, depleted, and it seems like those phantom charges never refill, also obvious since the copy is not the real wand but it's weird anyway)

your request is pretty radical, and i like it, absolutely. i would spend money on it, also i would have spent money for a "cosmetic" sentience jewel voice, i would have spent money on a lot of mirrors of glamering if we had a cosmetic closet.

sadly this game lacked both foresight and incremental improvements and we are still stuck in prehistoric era. you can't even adjust your face\hairs with a simple town service for some in-game currency. you need at minimum a lesser reincarnation. and we can't even acquire lesser hearts in game, like, e.g. for 42 seeds or 20 tokens (this affects respec too). this game has over-the-top char customization, good content, wonderful music and cosmetics, i mean really megagood job from art department, music, world building, quest building and so on, for being so old ddo is a rare enchanting jewel.....dumped down like it was a load of manure by lack of proper marketing and management, with no respect or consideration whatsoever for the devs and their work that makes the magic happen.

This is like the Guard items : Players say : "Better remove that completely than let players who don't feel bothered by "bugs" profit from it."

per OP (see OP), is it eventually possible please to have usable wands cosmetics please? it would be so cool...
