Seeking Random Shield Cosmetics

Hello there, I am looking for a cosmetics on a random rolled loot shield.

I am just wanting the look, so if I can "borrow" the shield to make a glamour copy, I am happy. Yes, for that the item must be unbound.
What I seek is the "Sovereign Host" look of a shield (yes, I am a notorious RP'er). Sample look:


I know that this exists in-game, because I used to have one but seem to have lost it when I deleted a char a while back.

Recently got the shield you are looking for from Fathom the Depths, a Red Fens quest. We ran the quest on EE but I doubt it makes a difference as the items are not epic level. Unfortunately, these items are BTA but it is still available on these end rewards.
