the ticket page doesnt let me loguin

hi, i submited a ticket a bout a month ago and was trying to check on it, i can loguin in the game, i can loguin in the settings page (to change password and etcetera) i KNOW the email and the password, and yet, i CANT loguin in the ticket-check page it says that the password is wrong (but i did type it right) can someone help ? was just trying to check on my ticket

Sorry all I have is a guess - but that is more than others have given so here it is. Maybe your password is no longer valid - now and then they require that we change our passwords.

Change it and you may be OK. If you see no option to change it use the "forgot password" option and they will send you an email letting you pick a new one.

Are we sure the login and password for the ticket page is the same as the others?

I have noticed that I need to change my password there every few months. Don't know about weeks.
