Force Heals to Self when Targeting Undead (default: false). While true, when you have an enemy Undead targeted, any positive healing actions will be cast on you instead of the undead.
Will I be able to heal friendly Pale Masters with this setting turned on?

Yes, I tried since a buddy asked me about that too; I can heal a PM in the party just fine.

So if buffing shiradi is off the table how about adding a bit more utility to it? Beguiling charm could use a duration increase and I'd switch the upgrade for it from a damage boost to making the target have the hate magnet affect for a short duration. Also the fey chaos debuff from the epic moment is severely underutilized and the fey lights epic strike is very weak compared to other caster alternatives, so how about combining the two and have fey lights apply a stack of fey chaos? Being able to increase your groups damage by 5% per stack would make it a strong competitor to the draconic breath epic strike.

I think it would be neat if rank 3 of Coalescence also stripped immunity to the dragon element type (in the same way
as Alchemist and Sorcerer can). This fits thematically and gives some flexibility to character classes which currently
    lack this ability (i.e. Warlocks).

The 'improved' Shiradi mantle is still not worth taking. Proc. chance needs to be higher. I'd be happier with a
higher proc chance but lower SP scaling (i.e. restore the proc. chance to 30% but lower SP scaling to 50%).

It may look like a nerf but if you take a look at the normal distribution of the dice rolls, you'll see that the 3rd standard deviation on the lower end for both 3d100+100 and 7d77 are very close and on the high end, 7d77 has much higher values. Also, 7d77 has an average roll of 273, while 3d100 +100 average roll is 251.5. You could get really unlucky/lucky and end up 4+ standard deviations consistently, but I'd have a better chance at winning the lottery than doing that.

There are thr normal distributions for both:

Stay Toxic is a weird choice for the name, IMO. Especially when its being discussed in online forums like here, where no one should be encouraged to do that

Stay Bitter would've been a better choice, I think, and fit better with the other options. I can see Fey being bitter (see: Prince of Frost) more than being toxic

Thank you for doing the calculations!
