I'd like to know where on the map of Ebberon SSG think Tabaxi live. Previously, races that were added at least had something to do with the source material, and the ones that don't belong on Ebberon got relegated to the forgettable realms.
Better yet, make it a 2[W] whirlwind, so that it has some synergy with TWF/handwraps too.
Really this would have been the perfect opportunity to do a pass on all the monk trees (ignoring that Archmage needs one even more) but I guess they were busy "retuning" Shiradi.
Yeah, ability is either great (maybe a little too good) or complete garbage, depending on how much control you have over triggering it.
Iconic Monk makes sense, Iconic Qstaff monk doesn't really. Likewise Iconic Barb makes sense for Shifters, but not Iconic Handwraps Barb. In fact, these are almost perfectly reversed from what would make them actually Iconic.
There would have actually been something halfway interesting here if the unique animation was a TWF based use of the Qstaff as a double weapon (with some unique Strikethrough bonuses otherwise only available in T5 Tempest) but alas...
1. Is the scar permanent on the Trailblazer iconic? I didn't see any options for that in creation.
2. Overall look is...a tiny bit too cartoony, to me. The muzzles are too long, they almost look like dogs with some options, and the heads are about 10% too big.
3. The hunched posture makes capes and longer hair styles very glitchy. The cape is attached way too high on the body, causing it to clip through hair.
4. Tumbling doesn't move the camera properly.

Why just Q-staff? now is the perfect time to introduce nunchucks and make it compatible with 2WF as well. Instead of cleave trip, which I have no doubt that will be used in conjunction with a certain T5 LD ED, make it a blunt weapon (nunchucks, handwraps) cleave stun stun for 3 seconds, thus giving actual handwrap monks a chance to actually run in GMOF with a decent AOE stun. lets face it, GMOF drifting lotus is terrible and slow. Anyway, I digress...
Add some elements for the handwrap monk, and make this a true monk race, cause right meow, it only applies to 1/3 of the monk trees. pretty please!

Although I think all rogues should have this: PROWL: Tabaxi does not break sneak when opening doors or interacting with levers, etc.
or
POUNCE: Tabaxi jumps foward like abundant step but goes into sneak.
Wide sweep could be used both with dex or wis (highest) for dc. I think it should be ok be wis based if want also? = more versatility always nice!
(And as others have stated- had been awesome with a selector for staff/shortswords/handwraps for all staff abilities = more versatility = more fun!)
(The look of them are fantastic! And the mounts are just awesome. This looks like it can be really great indeed :-)

The Henshin capstone, Serenity, grants +15% attack speed with quarterstaves. People splash 1-2 rogue for heroic lives because it's accessible from the get-go (and trapping), but with an Iconic it's not going to matter nearly as much, especially since Bloom carries heroics
Mark your territory: You make a yellow circle on the ground. Mobs lingering in your territory become nausous. Mobs after 6 secs continuous become helpless for 6 second. 24 sec cooldown.
Shrill Hiss: You emit an agressive shriek. Mobs effected have their will save weakened. Mobs hit with your Cat offhand attack when Shrilled are knocked down. dc something something.
Or shrill hiss does 1d6 sonic damage per something, scales with sonic power something.
That enhancement tree is looking super fun! I love the fall to increase damage part and always need an excuse to use more quarterstaves. Can't wait to see how the new animations look
I sense slight trolling in this thread so in line with answers i feel that both the trees are very innovative and OP

Tabaxi look great!
Cosmetically would like to see:
- More fur color options, including blacker (like a black panther), whiter and oranger (like a tiger or tabby cat).
- A long, slender housecat-like tail option
Don't like the stand still to move fast feature. Would rather see a clickie with cooldown.
Would like to see an abundant steplike ability or pounce attack in the tree.
Nice dances! At least a couple of the dances stop after one cycle, so hopefully that will change to make it continuous.

Iconic Past Lives:
The past life bonuses are quite soft compared to the others.
Recommendation:
Active - (2/4/6 tactics) OR (1/2/3 Tactics + 2/4/6 Trip)
Passive - (1/2/3 Saves) OR (2/4/6 Trap Saves)
This puts the iconic more in line with the others. Especially in relation to melee bonuses. +3 trip vs the current +3 damage or doublestrike is a huge difference.
Higher trap saves and/or universal saves would be a lot more in line with the MRR, fortification, etc of other races.
Cosmetic:
The race looks really good. Females could use some work (beards and hair please)
Shifters should be ashamed of how much better the new cat race looks.
Other:

1.5 second fall is only possible on a fall from a higher elevation of ~1 hobbit tall. Max jump + featherfall is not sufficient. Is this on purpose?
