Agreed. Evasion is great for evading traps, but in actual combat there are too many auto hit spells where an MRR cap can be a huge disadvantage. I don't mind playing evasion characters when it fits the build, but I don't see it as an advantage in most circumstances.
Which brings us to needing the feytwisted light armor. This means the OP is likely pushing the Winter set as a crutch to make up for otherwise too soft of characters. You should only need to run heavy winter on full tanks, on any other build I might run the 2pc set for the PRR but that doesn't require the chest piece which locks you out of a lot of other sets such as all the Sharn ones.
