Shadowdancer Epic Strike NOT decoupled?

Patch notes read:

The Shadowdancer Epic Strike improvements are now de-coupled from one another, allowing you to mix and match Tier 3 and Tier 4 benefits.

But, after choosing ShadowStrike (Melee) at Tier 2, and Dark Imbuement at Tier 3, I am unable to select anything other than Improved Imbuement. Am I missing something? I have reset my points, just in case, but it makes no difference. Is this a bug, or am I misinterpreting the patch notes?

It's a bug assuming the release notes are accurate - I have the same issue.

The decoupling plan never made sense in the first place.

Are you going to get 15% dodge or just the 5% increase if you take meld at tier 4 but not tier 3?

The epic strike in this tree has one good feature which is the extra damage dice for melee/ranged (On casters I don't think the numbers work due to the difficulty in getting sneak dice on a caster and the cool down.)

They need to beef up the Tier 4 abilities. I'd suggest making the strike duration match the cool down at this tier along with the current effects. Then you don't have silly situations where you need to close the gap for a third of the time so your squishy is now in cleave range of the big bad. Rather than the decoupling plan which is contradictory to how the strike was planned originally.
