Yeah, lately it's been a host of poor choices. Wrap-barians, making Perfected "turn into" Artifacts (let alone the drop rate) to negate their actual CLASS Artifact set??? and a grab-bag of other minor oddities.
I know, they're trying, but when players can see problems literally an hour after a patch, how does nobody in the office after (weeks?) of planning not have a CLUE.

Well, according to Cordovans Lam post, Lamannia should be open now. However, I don't have access yet, which means either I never got added last time. Or the server access isn't actually up yet. *shrugs*
